new additions to the carepoint

We are so excited to share with you our first bit of news from Ethiopia!

Almaz Tarekegn, the woman who started Ekklesia School, has been hired through Children's HopeChest as the Project Coordinator at Ekklesia CarePoint.  She will be in charge of all aspects of the CarePoint.  Almaz has hired an accountant and will be hiring a social worker once funds/sponsorships increase.  

We couldn't be more excited to partner with this beautiful, Godly woman and the work she began years ago in the community of Sendafa.  We look forward to learning more about her on our upcoming trip in May and sharing her story with each of you.
