AMY LARSON
God has blessed me in so many ways throughout my life! I’ve lived in 6 different states (3 of them starting with the letter M) and love living in Minnesota. I am a nurse and have worked as a nurse practitioner in a neurology clinic since 1998 when I moved to Minnesota. I enjoy knitting, baking, reading and playing my flute in time away from work (and rooting for the Spartans and Wolverines!). I have great joy in being part of the Oak Hill Campus and love helping people find the right spot for serving and getting to serve with my friend Cheri as we do the administrative work for the schedule (and lots of other fun things!). I’m excited about traveling to Africa and getting to share God’s love with and participate in a community of people in a culture different from mine. I see a group of patients from East Africa in my practice and I hope this will give me more insight into their lives.
Two verses that have reminded me a lot over the past two summers of God’s promise to always be with me: Exodus 14:13-14 Moses answered, “Don't be afraid! Stand your ground, and you will see what the Lord will do to save you today; you will never see these Egyptians again. The Lord will fight for you, and all you have to do is keep still.”
MARY LAW
I am a mom to three beautiful girls and enjoy spending my free time with family and friends. I grew up on a farm in Southwest Minnesota. I have four siblings and 8 nieces and nephews. My parents still operate their family farm there. I have been on staff at Woodbury Lutheran Church since 2011. I am excited about traveling to Africa and having the opportunity to share the love of God for my first overseas mission trip.
REGINA KEHL
I want to live in a world filled with people who love Jesus and each other, where chocolate and Cheetos can be eaten with no repercussions, and at the snap of my fingers, our home would be spotless. For the last year I have worked at our church helping with short-term missions and outreach but have decided to return to my Chief Operating Officer position at the Kehl Home. When I am not acting as COO, I enjoy being an extroverted introvert - spending time with family and friends (extrovert) or enjoying quiet time with a good book and a cup of coffee (introvert).
GRACE KEHL
This will be my third time going to Ethiopia. I fell in love with the community and people of Sendafa, and I am absolutely ecstatic to be a part of the team this year! I’ve always loved serving other people and getting to know others, and so I’m excited to build and grow in more relationships with people. I am the middle of my two sisters, and I have a cat that I adore way more than I should. I love philosophy, especially reading it during a cold and rainy day, with a warm cup of tea. I am eager to see God move in us and the people of Ethiopia during this trip!

I'm very excited to be going back to Ethiopia. I have been once before twice and to one other mission experience to Kake, Alaska. Both All were great experiences and am blessed to be going again with my mom. I have always loved traveling, but art is my passion. I am looking forward to going back, meeting new people and serving others.

I am excited and blessed to be able to return to Ethiopia - it's like going to visit old friends. Even though we speak a different language, eat different foods and live our lives very differently, I am reminded and humbled that we are the same in so many ways and loved and created by the same great God.
